SMM Relocations was born out of our work with Senior Move Managers, where our high level of care and service earned a strong reputation. Before long, people outside the senior community began reaching out — wanting the same trusted support. So we expanded. Today, we help anyone needing a move made simpler, smoother, and less stressful.

STEP 1
Consultation & Quote
Once we understand your specific requirements, we will:

Identify any potential access challenges at your current location or your new home

Send you a personalised quote

Allow you to customise the quote to suit your needs and budget
STEP 2
Booking Confirmation
After you accept the quote and confirm your move date:

A deposit will be required to secure your booking

You’ll receive a booking confirmation from your dedicated Move Coordinator

Your Move Coordinator will be your main point of contact throughout the entire process

If you have questions or need help, they’ll be available to assist and provide necessary information
STEP 3
Big Move. Little Worry.
Here’s how we’ll make moving day easy:

We’ll arrive the day before your move to pack most of your belongings

You’ll only need to keep out the essentials

On moving day, we’ll efficiently transport and set up your items in your new space

You can enjoy a relaxing first night in your new home

Once everything’s unpacked, we’ll take away all our boxes and packing materials
